The Afton and its Staff gave us all First class treatment and I’ve learned after organizing 9 reunions in the past that if you get the hotel right then the weekend tends to be just how you would like things to go.

Price wise is very good with only a very small increase on what we paid in 2008 and don’t forget all meals (Half board) including the Gala dinner and all entertainment is all inclusive of the price Quoted on the booking form.

If we want full exclusive rights to the Hotel we need to fill every room which would give us 102 persons booked into the hotel.

The Hotel will release unwanted Association rooms to the outside world from July 1^st so you will need to book ASAP!!! It would be nice not to have to share the hotel with outsiders so please send you’re booking forms in with the deposit (Non Returnable) as soon as possible. If you wish to pay by installments or in full you may do so as long as all payments are into myself by the 31^st August 2010

 Any person (s) who live local to Eastbourne and I know we have a few who would just like to attend the Gala dinner on the Saturday evening and all the other entertainment that is being held over the whole weekend not a problem , cost of this is £35 per head .

 Guests are allowed, good friends, Girl Friends, Boy friends, ex shipmates of another ship, not a problem we have at this time 56 rooms available to us.
